Kian Kiat Tan

Kiat has in-depth experience with broad international exposure.  in Fund Raising, M&A and Corporate Development Strategy. He has worked in the UK and across Asia in professional services firms, investment banks, and multinational corporations, focusing on the Real Estate, Consumer, TMT, Financial services, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare and Industrial sectors.

Kiat has previously worked with Avista Houlihan Lokey, Deloitte, Ernst & Young and Nippon Paint where he was involved in various fund raising, M&A, capital markets (equity and debt) and corporate restructuring transactions. He has also advised many public and private companies and financial sponsors on transactions. His breadth of experience allows him to be cognizant of institutional voids, and fully understand cultural differences with local idiosyncrasies.

Kiat is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) (FCCA), and holds a BA Hons in Accountancy from De Montfort University. He received an MBA from Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Postgraduate Degree, PGDip in Global Business from Oxford University’s Saïd Business school. As an Alumnus, he assists with fund raising and scholarships, helps students with career advice and participates as a guest lecturer.

Kiat is currently based in Singapore but has lived in the UK and is familiar with the UK Real Estate market. He speaks English, Malay/Bahasa, Mandarin, Hokkien and Cantonese.

Wilson Ang

Wilson has more than thirty years of experience in the real estate industry and fifteen years of experience in managing Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT). He was the Group CEO and Executive Director of OT Group Pte Ltd where he provided strategic direction and grew the groups businesses under the OrangeTee brand which provides residential agency, valuation and investment sales as well as sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties.

 Prior to joining OT Group, Wilson was the CEO of Viva Industrial Trust (VIT) Management which he co-founded in 2011/12, putting together a portfolio of industrial properties worth about S$750 million. VIT was successfully listed on SGX-ST in November 2013 and grew to S$1.3 billion prior to the merger of VIT with ESR REIT in November 2018.

 Wilson also co-founded Cambridge Industrial Trust (CIT) Management Limited in 2005 and successfully listed CIT on the SGX-ST in July 2006 with an initial portfolio worth about S$519 million. 

 Wilson has also had roles with Colliers International where he focused on Industrial Investment Markets in Singapore and Asia, advising building owners and investors (including REITs), and private and institutional funds, on their real estate portfolio as well as servicing their real estate portfolio requirements across Asia.
